  • Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, UniMAP(Graduate – 2010)
  • Building Wiring Installer Level 1 – (2015) with CIDB
  • Precast Concrete Installer Level 2 – ( 2015) with CIDB.
  • Safety and Health Certificates – ( 2014 ) by NIOSH

Skills & Experience

He is presently the managing director of the company, within 6 years in construction, he has a wide experience as a contractor, as also one of the consultants in construction.

Upon graduating from the University Malaysia Perlis in Diploma, he continues to study in Bach. Degree in Mechanical Engineering in Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, due to financial he decided to work full time, he passion in construction starting when he first joined the MRT project as site personnel, his passion in mechanical engineering brought him to pursue his career as M&E personnel as contractor and as consultant years after.

He knowledgeable in high-rise projects and infrastructure work, after almost 5 years as contractor, years after, he joined in a consultant firm, specialized in mechanical and engineering design for most of project in the north area, under the guidance of his principal.

His involvement in business span almost a decade above, starting as a drafting company, known as 3NG Enterprise, back in 2011 which utilized his skill in drafting and design, and some other business such as an independent property agency in 2019. Passion in construction and engineering consultant brought him to form TLF Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd to become the pioneer in construction and engineering consultant.

His passion is to become a professional engineer doesn’t stop him to continue his study in a degree back, presently Mr. Muhammad Faiz is a part-time student at UTM. He believes failure and hard work create a tougher personality for himself.
